[Mcm2Ada] ocaccia with potatoes
- 200 g flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp dry yeast
- 60 ml of milk or water
- 2 large boiled potatoes
- 50 ml olive oil
- zataar of spices (or a mixture of dry Italian herbs)
Potato mash. Knead the dough of all components. Cover with a towel, to go 40 minutes. Then the dough is well obmyat to drive more air out of him. Place on lightly greased form. More grease on top with olive oil, to give more to come about 30 minutes.
