[kl-bogel] Dances in honor of the gods of Bali Museum in London Gornimen

The exhibition, entitled "Bali - dancing in honor of the gods" takes place in London's Museum Gornimen from April 16, 2010 to January 8, 2012. There are amazing works, such as colorful masks and Rangdy Baronga, costumes, dolls, wooden sculptures and woven fabrics, which depict scenes from Hindu legends. These artifacts show the important role played by the temple and secular dances in the Balinese culture.

1. In this photo we see the suit Vayyang Wong. Representations Vayyang Wong tells the story of the abduction of Sita Maou Rahvanoy and its subsequent rescue of Prince Rama and his retinue. Such masks are sanctified and kept in the temple.
