What you need:
250 g dried chickpeas,
3 tbsp. l. cereals "bulgur"
1 large onion,
5 cloves garlic
bunch of parsley,
3 tbsp. l. ground cumin (jeera)
1 tbsp. l. ground coriander
1 tsp. salt
0.25 tsp. ground black pepper
0.25 tsp. cayenne pepper (for those who love)
1 tsp. curry powder,
pinch ground cardamom
4 tbsp. l. flour
1 tsp. baking soda,
I cheated - instead of soda and plain flour - pancake flour has)))
vegetable oil for frying.
Nut cover with cold water and leave for 12 hours (at night, in general), then add water and cook for at least an hour (I cooked 1.5 hours) until tender.
Cool, grind in a blender
and put in bowl.
Onions peeled, finely chop.
Garlic peeled, skip through garlic press.
Finely chop the greens.
In a bowl add to the shredded Nutu bulgur,
onions, garlic, fresh herbs, cumin, coriander, salt, pepper and curry all.

Add flour and mix well.

Falafel in small portions to put in the butter and fry for 3-4 minutes., Until golden brown.
